the new year passed really fast with me being busy for the preparations for the celebrations. most of the celebrations were impromptu but ended up really crazy. Christmas was fun, tho i felt that the spirit of Christmas started to decline after the 25th. New Year celebrations was at my house, preparations only happened at 4pm and the party being at 8pm -.-''' but THIS superwoman managed to pull it off! haha. plus! we celebrated rachael's grandmas' birthday at my house just after the stroke at midnight.
F&B? booze,booze, salads, finger food, cakes, pies, wine, nuts, chips, and more booze - sparkling for the underaged :/
plus, i have a brand new painting on my wall. either they were too drunk or smth, at 12.01 after midnight, amidst the hugging and celebrations did someone break a glass, splashing the wine on the wall, creating a mega masterpiece. yes. RED wine. til now, my dad's too tired from all that drama to paint a new coat over and can even joke about buying frames to frame the mess up, and name it after the person! haha
well, pictures to be uploaded soon. i hope i'll be going out everyday before school reopens to fully utilise the holidays. and when's that? next monday -.-''' left with weds, thurs, fri now. date me!!!! i'm bored. probably jaded. bored nuff' to list out a number of places i wanna go to too! leading the list are island creamery and wild rocket!!!
wishing and hoping! the start of the new year also mean it's the start of new challenges and obstacles to come. and i know the major obstacle for me is the examination in may/june. for whatever we may face as a student body/friends/enemies, we'll do it. and we'll nail it hard! all i wish for the new year is to take things lightly and not dwell on the past. what is done is done and all we can do is change the future. WE CAN DO IT PEOPLE!!! =) =)
